ABOUT US

Gary and Rhonda Hunter, proud owners of Propane Ranch, are lifelong residents of Van Alstyne with deep roots in their community. Both graduates of Van Alstyne High School, they have watched their children and grandchildren follow in their footsteps as fellow alumni. Gary brings a wealth of experience to the business, having worked in construction, metal fabrication, agriculture, phone system installation and programming, and vehicle paint restoration. Gary is also a licensed auctioneer in the state of Texas. 

Rhonda has dedicated much of her career to serving children and families, with experience in child care and as a cafeteria manager in the public school system. She now works as a teacher’s aide at the preschool in Van Alstyne. Active members of the Westminster Church of Christ, Gary and Rhonda enjoy dining out, cheering on their grandkids at sports and extracurricular activities, and spending time with family. Their strong work ethic, community ties, and love for people are at the heart of Propane Ranch.
